Is the product defective through no fault of your own, and are you claiming warranty? Then, please report the repair easily and quickly. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the repair is entirely free of charge. To claim the warranty, you need to provide the purchase invoice. Also, carefully check whether the defect meets the warranty conditions. If the product is outside the warranty, repair costs will be incurred.

If you incorrectly register a device for repair outside the warranty, investigation costs will be charged to you. Devices with water damage, impact damage, and any other form of self-inflicted damage are not covered by the warranty.
